1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

By completing the registration process on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that use of the Platform involves real-money wagering and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. cty999 recommends that you review this document periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform. cty999 enforces this requirement strictly. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Age Verification Procedure

cty999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form issued by NADRA (Pakistan).
• A valid passport.
• A government-issued driving licence bearing a photograph.

Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved by the cty999 compliance team. cty999 may place a temporary hold on an Account pending verification without prior notice.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for use by players located in jurisdictions where access to online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. cty999 makes no representations regarding the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction outside its operating territory.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. cty999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated bonuses, and confiscate winnings derived from duplicated accounts.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cty999 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cty999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. cty999 reserves the right to close any Account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided, and to retain any balance where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected, pending investigation.

4.4 Account Inactivity

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed inactive. cty999 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period has elapsed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cty999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. cty999 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• cty999 does not charge a platform-side fee on any deposit. Third-party processing fees levied by your payment provider may apply and are outside cty999's control.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Delays caused by your payment provider are not the responsibility of cty999.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit on the same Account, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's own name.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification prior to first processing.
• cty999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, which may result in processing delays while the review is conducted.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Balance is only permitted once applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• cty999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, business accounts, or accounts not registered in the Player's verified name.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cty999 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Any transaction suspected of involving proceeds of crime or of facilitating money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities. cty999 reserves the right to freeze Account funds pending an AML investigation without prior notice to the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cty999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) will be specified in the promotion terms. cty999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that modifications will not retroactively penalise Players who have already begun satisfying a wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

cty999 maintains zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to the following will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and suspension of the Account:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to satisfy wagering requirements through matched or offsetting bets.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unintended advantage.
• Placing low-risk, high-coverage wagers with the sole intent of clearing wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cty999 Platform operate under individually published game rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules and general Platform Terms, the published game rules shall govern for that specific game.

7.1 Game Outcomes

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for fairness. cty999 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and stakes will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

7.2 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

cty999 offers a cricket sportsbook covering PSL, international Test series, T20 tournaments, and ICC events. All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. cty999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that contain a manifest pricing error. Settlement of bets will follow the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

cty999 reserves the right to impose maximum single-session and single-transaction winning limits. These limits will be communicated within the relevant game or betting interface where applicable. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be adjusted to the published cap.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cty999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports wagering.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the Platform's software.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by local law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cty999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software error, or pricing anomaly for financial gain.

9. Responsible Gaming

cty999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become harmful. The following tools and policies reflect our commitment to player welfare.

9.1 Age Restriction Enforcement

cty999 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all accounts without exception. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.

9.2 Player-Controlled Limits

All registered Players may access the following self-management tools at any time through their Account dashboard, at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying your current session duration and net result.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion from the cty999 Platform. Self-exclusion may be requested for a minimum period of six (6) months up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be deactivated, marketing communications will cease, and no new account may be opened. 10. Privacy & Data

cty999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at cty999.pro/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• cty999 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• cty999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• cty999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• cty999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical failures outside cty999's reasonable control.
• cty999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by cty999

cty999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate account closure.
• The Account has been identified as a duplicate.

Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., due to Player misconduct), cty999 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your cty999 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided KYC requirements have been met and no active investigations are pending. Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

cty999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required for legal or regulatory reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, cty999 and the Player agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
